Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the item back into its original display box and outer shipping carton, ensuring all certificates of authenticity are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our curators inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
